We had a burst pipe under the house on a public holiday - a call to Thompson Plumbing & Gas had a plumber on-site within 15 minutes of sending a video of the pipe spraying the underside of our beautiful Matai floors for a temporary fix, until the next business day when pipe replaced. When we needed a water softener we knew Jed and his team would do a great job. Quick efficient work by Ben with really good instructions given on how to check and fill softener along with how to use filter, and Ben even diverted our front tap so it is not attached to the water softener. Very happy repeat customers here.
